Job Description:
- Sales Delivery
- Achieve agreed sales targets consistently within defined performance timelines.
- Maintain strong performance across key metrics, including Contacted Rate, Conversion Rate, Sales Volume vs. Target, and Revenue Contribution.
- Proactively identify and capitalise on sales opportunities during outbound calls.
- Deliver compelling product or service pitches tailored to each customer's needs.
- Compliance & Service Level
- Adhere strictly to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and all relevant data handling regulations at all times.
- Conduct all customer interactions in accordance with the established Code of Conduct and professional standards.
- Meet and maintain agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for both sales performance and quality standards.
- Ensure accurate and compliant documentation of all customer interactions and sales activities.
- Technology & Tools
- Proficiently utilise all systems, tools, and infrastructure required to support daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records and data entries within the CRM and relevant operational platforms.
Adapt quickly to system updates, new tools, or process changes as directed.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in telesales, outbound sales, or call centre environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
