About the role

We are a fast-growing distributor of premium consumer electronics brands, including VITURE (XR smart glasses) and iFlytek (AI-powered smart devices). As we expand our offline retail channel across Malaysia, we are looking for a driven Channel Sales Executive to be the on-ground force behind our retail success.

You will be responsible for setting up new retail points, training store staff, and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners through regular visits. This is a hands-on execution role with a clear growth path — we are looking for someone who wants to eventually take ownership of opening new retail accounts independently.

What you'll do
  • Conduct in-store setup for new retail partners — including product display, demo unit configuration, and merchandising materials
  • Train retail store staff on product knowledge, demo techniques, and key selling points for Viture and iFlytek products
  • Carry out monthly retail visits to all active accounts to assess performance, refresh training, and maintain brand standards
  • Gather on-ground feedback on sales trends, competitor activity, and customer response, and report back to management
  • Build relationships with store managers and floor staff to ensure consistent brand representation
  • Support the development of channel sales strategies as the business scales
What we're looking for
  • 1–3 years of experience in consumer electronics, telco, or tech product retail channels
  • Comfortable conducting product demos and training sessions in front of store staff and customers
  • Strong interpersonal skills — you can build rapport quickly with retail partners at all levels
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule and visit routes independently
  • Genuine interest in tech products — you stay curious, pick-up new products fast, and enjoy talking about them
  • Valid driving licence and own transport (required for retail visits)
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
Nice to have
  • Prior experience handling XR, wearables, AI hardware, or smart devices
  • Experience managing a retail visit route across multiple accounts
  • Basic understanding of retail sell-through metrics and how to read store performance
