Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years HR management experience

- Fully responsible for all Human Resource functions as assigned, ensuring company policies and SOPs are properly implemented, followed, and continuously improved across all departments.
- Act as key coordinator for all departments to ensure SOP compliance, alignment of processes, and consistent operational standards across the company.
- Responsible for staff relations and end-to-end recruitment activities, including coordination with candidates, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a structured hiring process.
- Manage all HR-related enquiries and processes involving salary and employee benefits, including medical claims, leave administration, overtime, and sales commission claims.
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time, including statutory submissions and payments. Prepare and submit yearly EA Form and E Form within statutory deadlines.
- Develop, establish, review, and continuously improve SOPs across all departments, including HR, operations, finance coordination, production, and administrative processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Provide guidance, training, and enforcement support to all departments to ensure proper understanding and execution of company SOPs and policies.
- Handle foreign worker management including new applications, permit renewals, FOMEMA arrangements, flight ticket coordination, check-out memo processing, and related documentation.
- Maintain proper HR documentation, employee personal files, and ensure all records are accurate, updated, and securely stored in accordance with company SOP and audit requirements.
- Support employee engagement activities, training programs, and internal communication initiatives to improve workforce morale, productivity, and SOP awareness across departments.
- Assist in performance appraisal exercises, including coordination of appraisal schedules, documentation, evaluation process, and follow-up actions, and support SOP improvements where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act, labour regulations, and internal SOPs across all departments, and recommend improvements when required.
- Handle employee disciplinary matters, including issuance of warning letters, show cause letters, investigation procedures, and disciplinary actions in accordance with SOP.
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees, ensuring proper orientation on company SOP, policies, and inter-department workflows.
- Prepare HR and operational compliance reports for management review, including SOP gap analysis and improvement recommendations.
- Carry out any ad-hoc HR, administrative, or cross-department SOP improvement duties assigned by management from time to time.
