- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing sales records, processing orders, and preparing sales reports.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including social media posts and online advertisements.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and organize sales documentation, ensuring all files are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks, contributing to overall team efficiency.
