- Administrative Support: Maintain office records, update customer databases (CRM), and manage basic filing systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, coordinating with the site team or project managers to relay updates or resolve minor scheduling issues.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and maintain an understanding of our product lines (e.g., rigging equipment, cargo lashing, or industrial components) to effectively support the sales team.
