Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Fresh graduates or students undergoing internship are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Internship duration: minimum 3 months preferred
- Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and financial documents
- Support daily accounting and finance operations
- Assist with data entry and maintaining financial records
- Help prepare reports, reconciliations, and documentation
- Assist in tracking expenses and payments
- Support filing, document management, and audit preparation
- Liaise with internal departments regarding finance-related matters
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the finance team
