Customer Support Executive (Mandarin / Cantonese)
Start Date: 6 AugustWorking Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat for gTech hardware and digital content.
- Handle inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and offer product guidance to customers from Taiwan or Hong Kong.
- Maintain clear and professional communication, ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/UEC/O Level qualification (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Fluent in Mandarin for Taiwan market OR Cantonese & Mandarin for Hong Kong market.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
- Fast learner, able to adapt to new products, technologies, and CRM systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service to Mandarin-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with empathy and professionalism, utilizing active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to accurately assist customers and provide relevant information.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for future reference.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution for customers.
- Identify and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in products, services, and customer support processes.
