Minimum Education : Sijil Menengah Vokasional / Sijil Rendah Pelajaran Malaysia.
Qualification Required : Registered Competent Electrical Wireman Certificate under Category – At least PW2

Required skills : Must be familiar with LV Switchgears and switchboards of high rise building services maintenance functions.
Good coordination and reporting skills.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES- To carry out all Mechanical and Electrical tasks assigned by Operations Executive or Chargeman.
- To change and replace all faulty lights and points as assigned.
- To all wirings and conduits for any faulty or illegal looping and report to Chargeman.
- To monitor cooling tower operation after normal office hours.
- To carry out preventive maintenance standing operation procedures.
- To supervise and verify external contractors service.
- To acknowledge and check on service report of service contractor for services carried out and remark.
- To report to Chargeman status of service performed and satisfaction level.
- To check and supervise renovation works closely such as :-
- Coring of slab and walls
- Installation of electrical conduits and points (floor, wall and ceiling )
- Connection of waste pantry piping.
- To assist in daily inhouse maintenance work
- To carry out weekly standby Generator and Fire Pumpsets Testing.
- To submit checklist report for works assigned by Building Supervisor and Chargeman.
- To record daily reading for Electrical and water supply consumption and submit to Chargeman to verify.
- To train up Building Technician on electrical installation.
- To attend and communicate with building occupants in the absence of Chargeman.
