- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement GTM strategies for new and existing products.
Lead cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, operations) during product launches.
Ensure alignment between product features, customer needs, and market demands.- Sales Management & Revenue Growth
Set sales targets and drive sales performance to meet revenue goals.
Identify growth opportunities through new markets, channels, or customer segments.
Work with the sales team to optimize the sales funnel and customer journey.- Product Positioning & Messaging
Craft and refine product messaging that highlights key differentiators and value propositions.
Adapt messaging by segment, industry, or geography.
Ensure consistent communication across all customer touchpoints (website, brochures, ads, etc.).- Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Conduct market intelligence to identify trends, threats, and opportunities.
Monitor competitor strategies and performance to inform positioning and pricing.- Marketing Campaigns & Promotions
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, trade, and events.
Align marketing efforts with product sales cycles.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust tactics as needed.- Sales Enablement
Create sales tools (brochures, case studies, decks, training materials).
Train sales teams on product knowledge, positioning, and objection handling.
Serve as a subject matter expert during high-value sales engagements.
