Monitor customer accounts and track outstanding balances
- Follow up on overdue payments via calls, messages, or emails
- Prepare and update aging reports
- Reconcile incoming payments with invoices
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all transactions
- Liaise with sales team and customers regarding payment matters
- Assist in credit control and assess customer payment behavior
- Report collection status and highlight potential bad debts
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management
- Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of AR processes
