- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Takaful plans to meet those needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and processing applications accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Takaful products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by actively pursuing leads, conducting presentations, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and generate referrals.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
