- Lead the sales and marketing strategies for the Group’s diverse portfolio of premium properties and landmark developments.
- Safeguard and elevate the Company’s "premium-tier" market positioning, ensuring a consistent and sophisticated brand identity across all business verticals and physical assets.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Studies, or a related field
- A minimum of 7 years of experience specifically within property development industry.
- Demonstrate success in previous roles, specifically in achieving high-value sales targets and launching successful property developments.
