HR Cum Admin Executive (E-Commerce & Warehouse Operations)

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate with Chinese clients and suppliers.
- 1–3 years of experience in admin, HR, or operational roles, preferably in logistics or e-commerce.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and tracking.
- Proactive, well-organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proactively source candidates for e-commerce and warehouse roles (including part-timers) using platforms like Ricebowl, Facebook Jobs, and local job portals.
- Handle job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Prepare and manage employment documents, contracts, and staff records.
- Maintain organized HR files and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Perform accurate data entry and record-keeping for all hiring and admin-related activities.
- Record and update warehouse team performance and attendance using cloud systems such as Google Sheets or other platforms.
- Coordinate with warehouse supervisors to ensure data accuracy.
- Act as the main point of contact for warehouse customers, including China-based clients.
- Handle general inquiries, updates, and issue resolution professionally.
- Must be comfortable communicating in Chinese (Mandarin) for China-based client interaction.
- Issue monthly invoices to warehouse clients and track payment collection.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain billing records accurately.
