- Ensure Smooth Homestay Operations – Oversee and plan daily homestay operations, ensuring high service standards.
- Own Every Guest Experience – Proactively solve problems, address concerns, and create positive experiences for our guests.
- Implement Policies and Standards – Uphold and enforce company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Work as a Team – Collaborate with operations and management teams, sharing insights to enhance service quality.
