Receptionist Cum Admin (Mandarin Speaker)

Prior administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in English and Chinese to communicate with visitors and customers, as most of our customers are Mandarin speakers
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and handling company inquiries.
- Responsible for course schedule adjustments and updates to ensure effective use of classroom and teacher resources.
- Greet and attend to walk-in visitors and customers
- Upkeep to ensure reception area is tidy.
- To perform basic filing and clerical duties as when needed
- Co-ordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed, including supplies replenishment
- Centre is conveniently situated within a shopping center.
- Regular training sessions to support professional development.
