Involved in the preparation and posting of journal/ voucher and invoice checking

To receive and process all invoices, expenses claim forms and request for payment
To perform posting for accounts receivable and accounts payable
Involved in the preparation of Management & Aging Reports (Costing or Accounting)
Liaise and follow up with business partners on sourcing and payment matters
Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier agreements, and inventories
Check monthly expenses claims and time-sheets – overtime, outstation allowances, ex-gratia claims.
To carry out any other accounts or administrative assignment as and when assigned by Immediate Superior or Management
Must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accountancy
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
Good command of English and BM (Mandarin is added advantage)
Flexible and able to work extra hours, if required
Demonstrate good commercial mindset, focusing on value added activities that enhance overall business performance
