- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer information and call outcomes.
- Follow up on leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries regarding water treatment equipment.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective telemarketing strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on telemarketing activities and results.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
