Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Mass Communication/Graphic Design, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in offline marketing, event planning, or related roles, preferably in a fast-paced and retail environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate IT into actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and automation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in loyalty programs or customer engagement strategies is a plus.
- Creative, energetic, and passionate about branding and customer engagement.
- Always in the loop with social media updates, pop culture, and what’s trending online.
- Monitor and analyze marketing data, report on campaign results, and suggest data-driven improvements for better performance.
- Marketing executives develop and implement marketing plans to achieve specific business objectives, such as increasing brand awareness or driving sales.
- Plan, coordinate and execute offline marketing campaigns and brand activations (e.g. pop-up events, in-store promotions, roadshows, trade fairs).
- Conduct research to understand customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and manage relationships with event organizers and retail partners.
- Plan, coordinate and executive the design and production of marketing materials (banners, brochures, product stands, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance and compile post-event reports with insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives.
- Support merchandising and visual display efforts in retail outlets.
- Manage offline marketing budgets effectively and ensure timely execution of activities.
