Key Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient in other language is an advantage.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Negotiation skill, inventory control, analytical skill.
  • Preferably Executive specialized in Procurement/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to negotiate, establish, and process contracts
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Accurate and precise attention to detail
  • Independent, good interpersonal skill and self initiative person
  • Knowledge on ISO 9001 and experience in manufacturing background is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end procurement process, adhering to established company policies and procedures to secure necessary resources.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers, assessing their capabilities and suitability for our needs. Leverage your findings to inform strategic sourcing decisions.
  • Prepare and meticulously process purchase orders, ensuring all information is accurate and complete to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Skillfully negotiate with suppliers to secure the most favorable prices, terms, and delivery schedules, maximizing value for the organization.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all purchases, pricing, and relevant data, ensuring transparency and compliance.
  • Monitor supplier performance, proactively addressing any issues or discrepancies to maintain high standards of service and quality. Implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements, ensuring alignment and effective support.
  • Ensure familiarity with ISO procedures and documentation standards, maintaining adherence to quality and regulatory requirements.
