HR Recruiter (Mandarin Speaker)

• Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources , Psychology, Business or any related fields
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in recruitment or sales is an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fresh graduates with internship experience in HR are welcomed to apply

• Build lasting client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
• Source top talent through creative channels - job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen and assess candidates to ensure a strong match between skills, experience, and client requirements
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job briefing to offer stage and onboarding support
• Provide expert guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
• Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to team success through excellent performance
• Stay ahead of industry trends to advise clients on talent availability and market insights
