Admin Assistant

SPM, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (AutoCount or equivalent)
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Good command of Mandarin and English language skills are an added advantage
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and initiative
- Manage general office operations including filing, office supplies, and document control
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: posting job ads, screening candidates, arranging interviews
- Process staff claims, leave applications, medical benefits, and other HR documents
- Prepare and submit reports related to HR metrics and headcount
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors for smooth operations
- Perform data entry tasks supporting sales department
