SPM, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (AutoCount or equivalent)
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Good command of Mandarin and English language skills are an added advantage
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and initiative
  • Manage general office operations including filing, office supplies, and document control
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: posting job ads, screening candidates, arranging interviews
  • Process staff claims, leave applications, medical benefits, and other HR documents
  • Prepare and submit reports related to HR metrics and headcount
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors for smooth operations
