Provide ongoing technical support to customers via telephone and email regarding product-related issues.
- Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage customer frustrations and effectively resolve issues.
- Assess the customer’s level of technical knowledge and tailor communications accordingly to ensure clear understanding and resolution.
- Perform basic probing to determine appropriate next steps for software-related inquiries.
- Minimum qualification: SPM (must be passed)
- Proficiency in Mandarin/ English (speak only)
- Strong passion for customer support with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Willing to work on a rotational shift basis
- Ability to multitask, fast learner and a team player
