- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, email, and WhatsApp professionally.
- Prepare sales documents, quotations, proposals, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
- Support marketing activities, exhibitions, and customer visits when required.
