Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and employee claims accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with internal policies and local compliance requirements.
• Prepare and execute payments according to scheduled timelines.
• Reconcile payable accounts and assist with month-end closing activities.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support process improvements.
• Maintain and update process documentation to ensure operational consistency.
• Participate in project initiatives and support transitions or changes in workflows as required.

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in finance operations or accounts payable, preferably in a shared service or multinational environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Korean (both written and spoken) to support regional stakeholders.
• High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
