We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist (Korean Speaker). This role involves supporting invoice and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and assisting with key finance activities. It’s an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to kick-start their careers in a structured and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing supplier invoices and employee claims in a timely and accurate manner, following internal guidelines and local requirements.
• Support payment preparation and ensure timely execution.
• Perform basic reconciliations and help with month-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve finance-related issues.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures and process documentation.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and support ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned.

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel); knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Korean to liaise with regional counterparts.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
