Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in manufacturing or automotive-related industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and internal teams
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently with a positive attitude
- Passion for the automotive industry and willingness to grow within the organization
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and repeat business
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing, delivery, and fulfillment according to customer requirements
- Conduct market research to stay updated on automotive trends, pricing, and competitor activities
- Handle sales administrative tasks, including order tracking, documentation, delivery coordination, reporting, and invoicing
- Coordinate with production and technical teams to ensure customer specifications are met
- Participate in weekly production meetings to align sales and manufacturing schedules
- Conduct customer visits and business meetings to strengthen partnerships and identify new opportunities
