QAQC Engineer (Mep Systems)

Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years QAQC experience in construction projects (preferably data centers, hospitals, industrial buildings).
Familiar with local construction standards (CIDB, MS) and international codes (BS, ASTM, ISO).
Proficient in MS Office and QA/QC software/document control systems.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Review and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements for all construction activities (civil, structural, M&E).
Conduct site inspections, material receiving checks, and witness testing.
Coordinate with subcontractors and third-party labs on testing (e.g. concrete cube tests, weld inspections, electrical testing).
Manage and report non-conformance reports (NCRs) and initiate corrective actions.
Ensure all quality documentation is updated and stored per project QA/QC procedures.
Prepare and submit Request for Inspection (RFI) to consultants and clients.
Assist in handover documentation, including as-built drawings, test certificates, and inspection reports.
Support internal and external quality audits.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, CIDB requirements, and client standards for data centers.
