- Diagnose, repair, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
- Install, upgrade, and configure software and hardware components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networks, operating systems, and applications.
- Provide technical support to customers via face-to-face, phone, or remote assistance.
- Prepare detailed service reports after each repair or maintenance job.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and request orders when necessary.
- Assist with the setup and installation of new computers and equipment at offices or client premises.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the computer and IT industry.
