Shopee Executive
At least 2 year of experience in Shopee operations or e-commerce management.
Familiar with Shopee seller tools, algorithms, and promotional features.
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; knowledge of design tools (Photoshop/Canva) is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Fluency in English, Malay and Chinese required
Manage daily operations of the Shopee store, including product listing, pricing, inventory, and content updates.
Plan and execute Shopee campaigns and promotional activities (e.g., 11.11, 9.9 sales) to drive traffic and sales.
Analyze store performance data (traffic, conversion rate, sales, etc.) and propose improvement strategies.
Handle customer inquiries, reviews, returns, and after-sales service to ensure high satisfaction.
Stay updated with Shopee policies, tools, and trends, and maintain communication with platform account managers.
