Main responsibility to increase sales closing rate on Facebook to meet the team’s monthly target to be entitled to commission
- Develop generated leads to initiate wellness apparel project discussions
- Identify and onboard new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, ensuring consistent growth for the Agency's portfolio.
- Attend tradeshows to meet fellow professionals from top brands who share our passion and beliefs; attend to events.
- Conduct thorough market research on client industries, competitors, and trends to inform business development strategies.
- Participate in business development and marketing strategies
- Foster long-term relationships with clients, focusing on nurturing and growing accounts by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
- Represent the agency in client pitches, demonstrating our capabilities to secure new business opportunities
- Consistently meet assigned sales and business development targets through strategic account management and client engagement
- Collaborate on the preparation and refinement of presentations and proposals with internal stakeholders
- Communicate and clarify processes and technical aspects to ensure alignment with client expectations
- Some of our projects you will work on – OEM of clothing for corporate, treatment of partners’ existing products, presentation of home brand products to potential collaboration partners
- No experience needed. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Minimum 1-2 year of sales experience in a marketing agency or related industry with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target are preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with teamwork abilities and flexible on working hours.
- Proficiency in preparing and delivering high-quality presentations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills
