Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and customer databases.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information in a timely manner.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for management review.
• Track sales team performance metrics and highlight any discrepancies.
• Handle general administrative duties to support the sales department.
• Assist with organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales staff.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support sales operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
