Overview

The Project Executive will act as a key support to the HOD in managing departmental projects, coordination, communication, and administrative functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and the capability to ensure projects and assignments are executed efficiently within timelines.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the HOD in daily operations and project management.
  • Coordinate and monitor project progress, timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution.
  • Assist in liase between internal departments, external parties, and the HOD for project-related matters.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and project documentation for management review.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, business schedules, and project discussions.
  • Track project status, identify pending actions, and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • Support cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment across departments.
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support and coordinate various projects such as product launches, F&B operations/projects, events, marketing campaigns, and other business initiatives to ensure successful execution within timelines.
