Overview
The Service Advisor (SA) provides customer support for client inquiries related to orders, deliveries, payments, and product information. The role includes troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring a high-quality customer experience across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and other channels
- Assist with:
- Order status and delivery updates
- Payment and transaction queries
- Product information and pre-orders
- Deliver high-quality customer interactions based on KPIs and satisfaction metrics
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Troubleshoot issues related to:
- Smartphones, tablets, PCs, and laptops
- Use analytical thinking to identify and resolve technical problems
- Navigate multiple systems and tools efficiently
- Ensure customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution
- Adapt communication style to different customers
- Maintain professionalism under pressure
- Meet quality standards (call audits, surveys, KPIs)
Requirements
Education- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent
- Mandarin + Cantonese (mandatory)
- English at least B2 level
- Minimum 6 months in customer support (any industry)
- Fresh graduates welcome (especially communication-related fields)
- Customer service mindset
- Strong communication skills (multilingual)
