This is a full-time on-site role as a Marketing Executive at Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of related working experience. Preferably in the marketing field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing communication.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Proficiency in CMS, email marketing, social media tools, and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with design principles and team collaboration.
- Analytical and creative mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Develop and implement marketing communication plans.
- Create compelling content for digital channels (websites, social media, emails, blogs, press releases, collateral).
- Collaborate with designers to create visually consistent materials.
- Manage and update online presence, including social media and advertising campaigns.
- Conduct market research to inform strategies and identify opportunities.
- Build relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to boost brand exposure.
- Coordinate marketing events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Monitor and analyze marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize performance.
- Stay updated on trends and recommend innovative marketing approaches.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure messaging and strategies are aligned.
