Digital Marketing Executive
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive (open to both Junior and Senior levels) to enhance our company's digital presence and support our business growth.
In this role, you will be a key player in our marketing team, responsible for creating engaging content, managing our online platforms, and executing digital advertising campaigns. You will focus on social media management, lead generation, and converting client enquiries into opportunities.
Education & Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Junior Level: 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Senior Level: 3-5 years of proven experience in content-driven digital marketing, preferably in B2B or industrial/manufacturing sectors.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, social media posts, basic graphic design, and video editing.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital advertising tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads.
- Comfortable using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, email marketing, or marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Skills required: Content Creation, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing and SEO/SEM.
Content Creation: Develop creative and compelling content such as articles, social media posts, product highlights, infographics, and short videos for our websites and other digital platforms.
Content Management: Regularly update our company website and social media channels with fresh, relevant content to strengthen our brand presence online.
Digital Promotion & Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize our online advertising campaigns, including SEO/SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads, to promote Polymeric's solutions.
Lead Generation: Drive inbound leads through effective content marketing and digital campaigns. You will also qualify these leads before handing them over to the sales team.
Client Engagement: Professionally handle enquiries from potential customers across email, social media, and web chat, ensuring timely responses.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor the performance of campaigns and content using tools like Google Analytics. You will analyze the data and prepare reports with actionable insights.
Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and technical teams to ensure alignment in product messaging and market positioning.
