We are looking for a passionate and energetic Sales Administration Executive to join our team. This role combines client engagement, marketing coordination, and administrative support. You will assist in product demonstrations, coordinate events and visits, and play a key role in enhancing the customer experience through creative promotional efforts.

• Assist in product and system demonstrations, ensuring smooth and impactful presentations to clients.
• Organize small-scale marketing events and coordinate guest visits to our experience center.
• Develop and execute creative promotional and marketing activities with minimal supervision.
• Prepare sales proposals, basic technical drawings, and quotations in coordination with the sales team.
• Manage and follow up on customer inquiries, leads, and sales opportunities in a timely and professional manner.
• Support sales and marketing campaigns through content creation and internal coordination.

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales support or client services role, preferably within the technology or professional services industry.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and collaborate across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs for client reporting and sales material preparation.
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to prioritize effectively.
