Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles, cash flow management, and financial modeling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and writing skills for preparing proposals and reports.
- Good understanding of banking processes, credit assessments, and financial documentation.
- Analytical, resourceful, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, handle confidential matters, and meet deadlines.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment, or related finance roles.
- Prior experience dealing with banks, auditors, or investors is an advantage.
- Exposure to business proposals, M&A, or fundraising will be a strong plus.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing financial proposals for funding, project financing, and investment opportunities.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions on matters such as loan applications, facilities renewal, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and maintain cash flow projections, financing schedules, and loan summaries.
- Support in negotiating banking terms, credit facilities, and interest rates with financial institutions.
- Track and monitor the utilization and repayment of bank facilities.
- Conduct financial feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and return-on-investment (ROI) evaluations for new business projects.
- Prepare management reports, financial models, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze company performance, variances, and key financial ratios.
- Support senior management in preparing presentations and reports for investors, banks, or board meetings.
- Assist in preparing project proposals, business plans, and investment decks for potential ventures, collaborations, or expansions.
- Perform market and competitor research to support business growth strategies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather operational and financial data for proposals.
- Ensure all financial documentation and agreements comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all corporate finance documents.
- Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and company secretaries when necessary.
