Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles, cash flow management, and financial modeling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills for preparing proposals and reports.
  • Good understanding of banking processes, credit assessments, and financial documentation.
  • Analytical, resourceful, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, handle confidential matters, and meet deadlines.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment, or related finance roles.
  • Prior experience dealing with banks, auditors, or investors is an advantage.
  • Exposure to business proposals, M&A, or fundraising will be a strong plus.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing financial proposals for funding, project financing, and investment opportunities.
  • Liaise with banks and financial institutions on matters such as loan applications, facilities renewal, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain cash flow projections, financing schedules, and loan summaries.
  • Support in negotiating banking terms, credit facilities, and interest rates with financial institutions.
  • Track and monitor the utilization and repayment of bank facilities.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
  • Conduct financial feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and return-on-investment (ROI) evaluations for new business projects.
  • Prepare management reports, financial models, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze company performance, variances, and key financial ratios.
  • Support senior management in preparing presentations and reports for investors, banks, or board meetings.
Business Development Support
  • Assist in preparing project proposals, business plans, and investment decks for potential ventures, collaborations, or expansions.
  • Perform market and competitor research to support business growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather operational and financial data for proposals.
Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure all financial documentation and agreements comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all corporate finance documents.
  • Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and company secretaries when necessary.
