- 2–3 years of experience in spa/beauty industry
- Supervisory experience is an advantage
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Mandarin-speaking preferred for customer and team communication
Job Summary
The Assistant Manager supports the Spa Manager in overseeing daily outlet operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management
- Ensure smooth daily spa operations in compliance with company SOPs
- Prepare and manage staff duty rosters
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of treatment rooms
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Sales & Revenue
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets
- Promote spa treatments, packages, and retail products
- Monitor daily sales performance and outlet closing reports
- Staff Supervision
- Supervise and guide therapists and outlet staff
- Assist in staff training and performance monitoring
- Handle staff matters professionally
- Customer Service
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular clients
- Administration & Reporting
- Prepare sales and operational reports
- Oversee cash handling and payment records
- Ensure compliance with company policies
