We are looking for reliable, energetic, and hands-on Service Crew members to support daily restaurant operations. This role involves cashiering, food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure a smooth dining experience for customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare cash float and ensure POS system is ready before operations
- Handle cashiering duties, including order taking and payment processing
- Prepare food and beverages according to company SOP and quality standards
- Ensure all equipment and tools are functioning properly during operations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining, kitchen, and service areas
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation
- Assist with stock checking, inventory replenishment, and storage arrangement
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service at all times
- Support smooth daily operations and teamwork coordination
