Retail Assistant

Able to work 6 days a week (rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays)

• Able to speak and understand both English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
• Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage (training provided)
• Basic problem-solving skills and willingness to learn machine operations
• Friendly, responsible, and team-oriented attitude
• Interest in Japanese toys, anime, or pop culture is a bonus

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Provide product knowledge and explain gashapon series and machine usage
• Operate POS system for sales and handle cash/card transactions accurately
• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked
• Arrange and replenish merchandise displays as per visual guidelines

• Perform daily checks and restocking of gashapon machines
• Report and support minor troubleshooting of machine issues
• Conduct regular audits of machine capsule inventory to ensure accuracy
• Maintain machine cleanliness and functionality, reporting technical issues to support when needed

• Assist with incoming stock deliveries and inventory updates
• Support marketing promotions and in-store campaigns when required
• Follow store policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
• Staff early access to exclusive product releases
