Currently enrolled in a diploma/ degree program in Logistic/ Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.

- Maintain smooth inventory management by meticulously comparing physical stock with the system, ensuring that the back-end system accurately reflects the physical stock.
- Assist to inform Supply Chain Manager if the physical stock does not reflect the back-end system and update the back-end system to bring harmony between physical and virtual stock.
- Work your magic by teaming up with the Operation Department to handle B2B orders, ensuring smooth communication and helping with the picking and packing process.
- Dedicate daily deliveries to our logistic drivers.
- Keep things running smoothly by closely contacting logistic drivers to obtain updates on delivery status, routes and ETA.
- Diligently check with the Operation Department for any pending orders with a mission to ensure all B2B orders are processed and ready for their outbound adventures.
- Follow the SOP to allocate the right amount of space for incoming shipments.
- Keep a watchful eye on incoming shipments by constantly checking our inboxes.
- Assist in handling the warehouse management system (WMS), ensure smooth and efficient handling of incoming shipments.
- Collaborate with Warehouse Department to cross-check the quality and quantity of products.
