- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business disciplines required.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIA, CISA) is a plus.
- Fluent in English & Mandarin-language is preferred as this roles will required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
- 2–4 years of audit experience (advisory or consulting, and/or internal audit).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of data analytics tools (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus.
- SAP experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.

Role Overview
As an Internal Control Analyst, you’ll support the audit team in planning, executing, and documenting internal audits across financial, operational, compliance, and consulting areas. This role is ideal for professionals early in their audit career who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, global environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support audit planning, risk assessment, and process walkthroughs
- Execute audit procedures to assess Internal control effectiveness, Business process efficiency, Financial statement accuracy & Compliance with policies, regulations, and standards
- Prepare clear, accurate audit documentation and workpapers
- Identify audit risks and recommend practical improvements
- Assist in audit reporting and stakeholder presentations
- Track remediation actions and follow up on audit findings
- Participate in global GIA team meetings for knowledge sharing
- Leverage Power BI / Tableau to analyze data trends and insights
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
