What’s a typical day as a Sales Executive/Manager?
  1. Be responsible for providing sales support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of customer service and commercial proposals to meet a customer’s business needs.
  2. Create and maintain effective customer relationships to secure customer satisfaction and providing the deepest level of product and technology integrated solutions.
  3. Participate in deep-dive discussions and gathers information about customer’s business and technical needs and assesses customer's current IT infrastructure
  4. Translates the proposal into a solution view to address the problem statement.
  5. Collaborate with Product Business Manager, Technology Consultants, and Technical Services teams in developing and communicating key value propositions and negotiation points for a specific product set and technology.
  6. Deliver compelling and convincing presentations addressing specific requirements and expectations.
  7. Responsible for pipeline information to be updated and accurately reflect the area of responsibility to ensure nurturing of all deals and constant movement of opportunities to close.
  8. Facilitate smooth transition from sales requirements to, solution proposal, and to implementation by orienting the appropriate teams.
What is needed to be successful?
  1. Good at collaborating, communicating and making things happen.
  2. Possesses at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science/Information Technology or in any other Technical fields.
  3. Ability to converse and articulate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  4. Good in demonstrating problem solving solutions skills in addressing customer’s problems & challenges.
  5. Keen on demonstrating excellent consultative selling techniques, including active listening, framing, white boarding, storytelling etc.
  6. Good in client account management and would value add if experienced in customer service.
  7. If you have working experiences on the following key technology: -
  8. Server Virtualization – VMware and/or Hyper-V
  9. Cloud technologies – AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud and/or Google Cloud Platform
  10. Infrastructure solutions – Servers, storage and networking (HPE, Dell Technologies, Aruba, Cisco, etc)
  11. Data Protection solutions – Veeam, Veritas, Commvault, etc
  12. Valid Technical Certifications from any of the technology partners listed above will be an added advantage.
  13. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for the Junior position.
  14. Preferably 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for the senior position.
