HR Executive

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years HR experience, especially in recruitment & payroll.
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor law & statutory contributions.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
- Basic Excel skills (data entry, simple formulas, filtering).
- Good communication skills, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred.
- Handle full-cycle recruitment (posting, screening, interviewing).
- Manage payroll, allowances, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF.
- Administer employee lifecycle (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, resignations).
- Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance.
- Support employee relations, engagement activities, and team building.
- Assist in general office administration and ad-hoc HR tasks.
