Account Executive (Ar/Ap) - Kajang

Requirements:

• • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• • 1–3 years of experience in AR or AP functions
• • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL accounting system
• • Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
• • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• • Fluency in Mandarin and Malay are an added advantage

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE / ACCOUNTS PAYABLE EXECUTIVE

Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Issue and manage invoices to customers
• Monitor payments and follow up on outstanding balances
• Reconcile customer accounts and prepare AR reports
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist in month-end closing processes

Accounts Payable (AP):

• Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments
• Verify billing accuracy and handle payment documentation
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
• Monitor incoming and outgoing stock transactions
• Perform regular stock reconciliations and updates in the system
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
• Support monthly closing and reporting
