About the Role:
As the central figure responsible for the health, security, and efficiency of our entire technology stack, you will own the end-to-end management of our IT environment. This is a hands-on role perfect for a self-starter who enjoys variety, takes pride in organization, and thrives on being the go-to expert.

This 2-year contract is ideal for a self-starter who takes pride in being the go-to technical expert.

Working independently but in close partnership with our corporate services team, you will ensure our technology aligns perfectly with operational needs and employee experience. From daily user support to strategic system administration, you will be the backbone of our technical operations.

Responsibilities:

System Administration & Technical Support
  • M365 Ecosystem: Administer, maintain, and secure our Microsoft Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
  • User Lifecycle Management: Manage the full onboarding and offboarding process, handling access permissions and licensing in collaboration with the People team.
  • Frontline Support: Act as the primary point of contact for staff to resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
  • Endpoint Security: Manage and monitor company endpoints to ensure they are secure, updated, and fully compliant with internal standards.
Infrastructure & Asset Management
  • Core Infrastructure: Maintain and monitor network devices, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud services to ensure maximum uptime and security.
  • Lifecycle Governance: Execute a comprehensive IT Asset Management (ITAM) program, covering tracking, physical inventory, lifecycle management, and hardware/software procurement.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce IT security policies, including antivirus management, patch schedules, and robust data backup routines.
Knowledge & Collaboration
  • Knowledge Management: Develop and curate the company’s internal Knowledge Hub (SharePoint) to ensure technical information is organized and accessible.
  • Documentation: Create and own user-friendly technical manuals, system procedures, network configurations, and IT policies.
  • Project Leadership: Lead or assist in IT projects such as software implementations and security upgrades, while evaluating new technologies to improve company efficiency.
  • Experience: 3+ years of proven success in an IT Administrator or Systems Administrator role.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in administering Microsoft Office 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Infrastructure Knowledge: Solid understanding of network fundamentals including TCP/IP, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
  • Organization: Superb organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail regarding technical documentation and asset management.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for customer service, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Autonomy: A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Language Skills: Ability to speak and write in Mandarin/Chinese is a significant plus (to liaise with specific vendors or stakeholders).
