Provide first-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in-person.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Perform basic system administration tasks, including user account management, software updates, and system monitoring.
- Support IT projects by assisting with documentation, testing, and implementation tasks under the guidance of senior IT staff.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware problems, such as printer issues, connectivity problems, and component failures.
- Help maintain IT inventory and asset management records.
- Gain exposure to database management principles and assist with routine data entry or backup tasks as needed.
- Understand and support basic network administration tasks, including cabling, switch configuration, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Communicate effectively with users and team members in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and IT challenges.
