Key Responsibilities:
- Full Set of Accounts
- Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Cash Flow.
- Financial Record-Keeping
- Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Handle invoicing, payments, collections, and reconciliations.
- Tax Compliance
- Support tax preparation and ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
- Financial Reporting
- Prepare timely financial reports and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Liaison with Institutions
- Communicate with banks, statutory bodies, auditors, and subsidiaries.
- Administrative Support
- Assist with office operations, filing, data entry, and coordination of internal processes.
- General Office Management
- Help manage schedules, documentation, supplier communications, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Requirements:
