Are you passionate about creating visually compelling videos and photography? Nateskin is looking for a Junior Videographer/Photographer/Editor to join our fast-growing team. If you’ve dabbled in content creation, love working behind the camera, and have a portfolio that shows potential, we want to meet you.
This role is for someone with a strong interest in building their production skills while contributing to exciting campaigns and e-commerce visuals. You’ll be working alongside our Senior Videographer/Editor and creative team to shoot, edit, and bring ideas to life for ads, social media content, and product campaigns.
This isn’t a role where you’ll be left in the background—you’ll be part of the action, learning hands-on and helping us push creative boundaries every day.
Responsibilities:
Production & Filming- Assist in monthly ad shoots and social media production, handling lighting, camera work, and equipment setup.
- Film and photograph products, behind-the-scenes content, and lifestyle visuals that reflect the Nateskin brand.
- Contribute to stop-motion shoots and creative visual experiments.
- Operate production gear including Sony A7III, lenses, and DJI gimbal under supervision.
- Edit short-form videos and ad content in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut.
- Assist with colour correction, audio syncing, and motion graphics (if capable).
- Maintain Nateskin’s editing style and quality standards across deliverables.
- Keep post-production turnaround within 2–3 days per project.
- Assist in setting up product/lifestyle photoshoots: lighting, art direction, staging, and moodboard prep.
- Capture clean, well-composed images that follow Nateskin’s aesthetic.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to deliver production-ready visuals.
- 1–2 years of experience in videography, editing, or photography (freelance or in-house).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or CapCut. Knowledge of After Effects is a bonus.
- Basic understanding of lighting, camera work, and composition.
- Interest or experience in product photography and short-form video content (especially for TikTok/IG).
- Comfortable working with camera gear (Sony, DJI) and learning on the job.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates initiative, creativity, and technical skill (even student work is welcome!).
- Team player with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
- Able to take direction, work under pressure, and meet fast-paced deadlines.
