Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Office :KL, Penang and KK Office.
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Post job advertisements on various job boards, social media platforms, and career pages.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, referrals).
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability based on job requirements and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and present job offers, and manage onboarding coordination with HR.
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for management review.
  • Headhunting strategy to seek out and approach potential candidates.
